In My Memory lays Pictures Which Will Never Fade, Hello and Welcome to the Dj Blog Network I’m Randy Johnson and in Today’s Post is In My Memory lays Pictures Which Will Never Fade in this post is more about me and what I’ve experienced over the years my mind works like a video recorder and that’s why, In My Memories lays Pictures Which Will Never Fade.
I was born in the year 1964, in Eastern Kentucky, and I can remember all the way back to 1966, and over the years they’re some special things I’ve experienced, and I really enjoy telling about them of certain places that I was, and songs when they were a hit song, and I can still smell the fragrance of the wood smoke from my mom’s old coal stove as supper was being cooked, times were hard but they were good.
A lot of people asked me today how I could remember so much from the years as I was a grown up in is really simple for me I have no problem remembering things even down to the things that I ate, and shows I watched on TV, just like Christmas of 1982, here in Kentucky the tempter was 83° that day, 1 year later Christmas of 1983 the tempter here in Eastern Kentucky was 8 below zero, but these things are real simple for me to remember for some reason or another.
Christmas of 1978, the tempter that day was about 45°, and sunny it was a beautiful day even though most people wants a white Christmas, this is one of the reasons I like blogging so well, it gives me a chance to share my thoughts with the world, and yes we all know, that no one can turn back the clocks and live in the past but one of the things I like to do with my memories is compare them to something that may happen today maybe a way the day looks.
Seems like each day that goes by time speeds up, and I’ve always heard the older you get the the faster time goes by, but we all know that’s just how It feels sometimes. I growed up here in southeastern Kentucky, and I was raise more of, a farm life we had our farm animals, chickens sometimes hogs turkeys ponies, and I’m out of a family of 13 7 boys and 6 girls, and I’m the youngest son, and we were raised to work hard and steal do ever body done their part.
The house we all grow up in just had an no open fireplace, and a cook stove, which we could burn coal or wood in, and in the spring the gardens was plowed and planted, and it was all heel side farmland, we had very little of a flat land to grow garden in in the fall we got ready for winter by laying up our coal and kindling wood and things like that we had to have to make it through the winter.
So that’s it for now I’m Randy Johnson Thanks For Stopping By And Being A Great Part Of The Dj Blog Network
